{"id":1006,"date":"2017-03-18T14:53:46","date_gmt":"2017-03-18T06:53:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jcshieh.tw\/?p=1006"},"modified":"2017-03-18T15:51:43","modified_gmt":"2017-03-18T07:51:43","slug":"%e7%ac%ac%e5%85%ad%e5%9b%9e%ef%bc%9a%e4%be%86%e5%bd%b0%e5%8c%96%ef%bc%88%e4%b8%80%ef%bc%89","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jcshieh.tw\/?p=1006","title":{"rendered":"\u7b2c\u516d\u56de\uff1a\u4f86\u5f70\u5316\uff08\u4e00\uff09"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>2008\u5e746\u670824\u65e5\uff0c\u570b\u5149\u77f3\u5316\u516c\u53f8\u6c7a\u5b9a\u653e\u68c4\u96f2\u6797\u8a2d\u5ee0\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u8f49\u6230\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u5927\u57ce\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b64\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5927\u57ce\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u66fe\u7d93\u88ab\u898f\u5283\u4f5c\u70ba\u990a\u6b96\u9b5a\u586d\u7528\u5730\uff1b\u4e0d\u904e\u90a3\u662f1984\u5e74\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u7701\u653f\u5e9c\u6c34\u5229\u8655\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1989\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u5468\u6e05\u7389\u7e23\u9577\u4e0a\u4efb\uff0c\u5728\u5730\u65b9\u7684\u671f\u76fc\u4e0b\uff0c\u7e23\u653f\u5e9c\u6210\u7acb\u958b\u767c\u5927\u57ce\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u5c08\u6848\u5c0f\u7d44\uff0c\u7d93\u59d4\u8a17\u6c11\u9593\u5de5\u7a0b\u9867\u554f\u516c\u53f8\u898f\u5283\uff0c\u6e96\u5099\u958b\u767c\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f11\u9592\u5ea6\u5047\u5340\u3001\u904a\u6a02\u904b\u52d5\u5340\u548c\u5927\u5b78\u57ce\u3001\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1993\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u5468\u6e05\u7389\u7af6\u9078\u9023\u4efb\u5931\u6557\uff0c\u5927\u57ce\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u7684\u958b\u767c\u8ddf\u8457\u505c\u64fa\uff0c\u4e26\u9678\u7e8c\u50b3\u51fa\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u5df2\u906d\u5230\u4fb5\u4f54\u6feb\u58be\u30022000\u5e749\u6708\uff0c\u5728\u5f70\u5316\u5730\u6aa2\u7f72\u548c\u53f0\u4e2d\u9ad8\u6aa2\u7f72\u6383\u9ed1\u7279\u5075\u7d44\u7684\u806f\u624b\u5075\u8fa6\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e0d\u6cd5\u96c6\u5718\u7aca\u4f54\u570d\u58be\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u7684\u60c5\u4e8b\u66dd\u4e86\u5149\u3002\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u53c8\u82b1\u4e86\u4e00\u5e74\u591a\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u624d\u5c07\u6feb\u58be\u7684\u9b5a\u586d\u93df\u5e73\uff0c\u8b93\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u6062\u5fa9\u570d\u58be\u524d\u7684\u98a8\u8c8c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2001\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u7fc1\u91d1\u73e0\u7576\u9078\u7e23\u9577\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u722d\u53d6\u53f0\u5851\u5230\u5927\u57ce\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u4f86\u958b\u767c\u3001\u84cb\u92fc\u5ee0\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u53f0\u5851\u7c3d\u7f72\u958b\u767c\u610f\u9858\u66f8\u3002\u7fc1\u91d1\u73e0\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u722d\u53d6\u7372\u5f97\u884c\u653f\u9662\u9577\u6e38\u932b\u5803\u7684\u80af\u5b9a\uff0c\u65bc2003\u5e749\u6708\u540c\u610f\u7531\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u958b\u767c\u7ba1\u7406\u57fa\u91d1\u6295\u8cc7\u300c\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u897f\u5357\u89d2\uff08\u5927\u57ce\uff09\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u7533\u8acb\u7de8\u5b9a\u8a08\u756b\u300d\u7684\u5831\u7de8\u4f5c\u696d\u8cbb\u3002\u9019\u9805\u627f\u8afe\uff0c\u537b\u7b49\u5230\u884c\u653f\u9662\u540c\u610f\u53f0\u5851\u92fc\u5ee0\u8207\u4e2d\u6cb9\u516b\u8f15\u9032\u99d0\u96f2\u6797\u96e2\u5cf6\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u524d\u5915\u624d\u514c\u73fe\uff0c\u4e26\u8981\u6c42\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u653f\u5e9c\u5f97\u5148\u627e\u597d\u9032\u99d0\u7522\u696d\u5f8c\uff0c\u624d\u53ef\u8fa6\u7406\u5148\u671f\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u5f8c\u7d93\u5354\u8abf\uff0c\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u540c\u610f\u5148\u884c\u64a5\u4ed8\u4f5c\u696d\u8cbb\u7528\uff0c\u60df\u9644\u5e36\u689d\u4ef6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5927\u57ce\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u8981\u4f5c\u70ba\u7149\u92fc\u3001\u77f3\u5316\u7b49\u57fa\u790e\u5de5\u696d\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u61c9\u300c\u5be9\u614e\u300d\u4e26\u300c\u66ab\u7de9\u300d\u3002\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u627f\u8afe\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u7684\u5927\u57ce\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u5c07\u5f15\u9032\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u53ca\u92fc\u54c1\u4e8c\u6b21\u52a0\u5de5\u7b49\u7522\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2005\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u7fc1\u91d1\u73e0\u7af6\u9078\u9023\u4efb\u5931\u6557\uff0c\u5353\u4f2f\u6e90\u63a5\u4efb\u7e23\u9577\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u722d\u53d6\u570b\u5149\u77f3\u5316\u516c\u53f8\u79fb\u8f49\u5230\u5927\u57ce\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u884c\u653f\u9662\u65bc2008\u5e7411\u670813\u65e5\u540c\u610f\u5c07\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u52d5\u7684\u300c\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u897f\u5357\u89d2\uff08\u5927\u57ce\uff09\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u7533\u8acb\u7de8\u5b9a\u8a08\u756b\u300d\u53ca\u570b\u5149\u77f3\u5316\u79d1\u6280\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u63d0\u7684\u300c\u5f70\u5316\u5927\u57ce\u77f3\u5316\u79d1\u6280\u5712\u5340\u8a08\u756b\u300d\u5408\u4f75\u70ba\u300c\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u897f\u5357\u89d2\uff08\u5927\u57ce\uff09\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u8a08\u756b\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u5217\u70ba\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u5927\u8a08\u756b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u65bc2008\u5e749\u670816\u65e5\u540c\u610f\u570b\u5149\u77f3\u5316\u516c\u53f8\u4ee5\u8208\u8fa6\u5de5\u696d\u4eba\u8eab\u5206\u8fa6\u7406\u77f3\u5316\u79d1\u6280\u5712\u5340\u53ca\u5927\u57ce\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u7684\u958b\u767c\u8207\u5831\u7de8\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u570b\u5149\u77f3\u5316\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u70ba\u300c\u5f70\u5316\u5927\u57ce\u77f3\u5316\u79d1\u6280\u5712\u5340\u300d\u7684\u958b\u767c\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u300c\u5927\u57ce\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u300d\u7684\u5831\u7de8\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u7684\u5831\u7de8\u4fc2\u7531\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u4f9d\u300a\u4fc3\u9032\u7522\u696d\u5347\u7d1a\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u7b2c23\u689d\u53ca\u5176\u65bd\u884c\u7d30\u5247\u7b2c40\u689d\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u64ec\u5177\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u898f\u5283\u5831\u544a\u53ca\u4f9d\u300a\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u8a55\u4f30\u6cd5\u300b\u61c9\u63d0\u9001\u7684\u66f8\u4ef6\uff0c\u9001\u7576\u5730\u76f4\u8f44\u5e02\u6216\u7e23\uff08\u5e02\uff09\u653f\u5e9c\u5de5\u696d\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u521d\u5be9\u4e26\u6703\u52d8\uff0c\u518d\u5c64\u9001\u4e2d\u592e\u5de5\u696d\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u8f49\u8acb\u4e2d\u592e\u5340\u57df\u8a08\u756b\u6216\u90fd\u5e02\u8a08\u756b\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u53ca\u4e2d\u592e\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e3b\u7ba1\u6a5f\u95dc\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u4e26\u7d93\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u6838\u5b9a\u7de8\u5b9a\u70ba\u5de5\u696d\u5340\uff0c\u4ea4\u7576\u5730\u76f4\u8f44\u5e02\u6216\u7e23\uff08\u5e02\uff09\u653f\u5e9c\u65bc\u4e00\u5b9a\u671f\u9593\u516c\u544a\u3002\u300a\u4fc3\u9032\u7522\u696d\u5347\u7d1a\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u65bc2010\u5e745\u670812\u65e5\u516c\u5e03\u5ee2\u6b62\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u65bc\u300c\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u897f\u5357\u89d2\uff08\u5927\u57ce\uff09\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u8a08\u756b\u300d\u6240\u9700\u8981\u7684\u5de5\u696d\u5c08\u7528\u6e2f\uff0c\u5247\u4f9d\u6cd5\u7531\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u5de5\u696d\u5c40\u53e6\u5faa\u6cd5\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7533\u8acb\u8a2d\u7f6e\uff0c\u5c07\u300c\u5f70\u5316\u7e23\u897f\u5357\u89d2\uff08\u5927\u57ce\uff09\u6d77\u57d4\u5730\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u5de5\u696d\u5c08\u7528\u6e2f\u958b\u767c\u8a08\u756b\u300d\u63d0\u5831\u8fa6\u7406\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u8a55\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u5927\u57ce\u5de5\u696d\u5340\u7533\u8acb\u7de8\u5b9a\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u5148\u671f\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u570b\u5149\u77f3\u5316\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u63d0\u5831\u53ca\u5217\u70ba\u570b\u5bb6\u91cd\u5927\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u5728\u5730\u65b9\u53ca\u4e2d\u592e\u5747\u8de8\u8d8a\u4e0d\u540c\u57f7\u653f\u653f\u9ee8\u3002\u57f7\u653f\u8005\u5728\u671d\u91ce\u6613\u4f4d\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u570b\u5149\u77f3\u5316\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u570b\u5149\u77f3\u5316\u8a08\u756b\u5728\u5f70\u5316\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u8907\u96dc\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
